Drago’s announces return to Baton Rouge; new location opening this summer in Perkins Rowe

After spending nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry, I am not easily impressed, but I was impressed here. We spent a week in Shreveport and wanted to make sure we got some Creole food for at least one meal. The Harris platter with and extra stuff shrimp, it brought instant joy.

It was just ok. Service was fair and the food was average. The service was okay. The food was dried out. Located in the Margaritaville Casino–there’s an Asian restaurant, ESPN sports bar, fancy steakhouse and Dragos for sit down restaurant places.
